​PIA Products & Covid-19 Actions

Another month has passed and Shelter in Place, Stay at Home, and Quarantine requirements are slowly expiring. The journey on the road to economic recovery and increased social interaction has begun. Businesses are showing signs of life once again! Like many others, we at PIA Products have begun the process of reopening, and are instituting new procedures to be ready for you when product is safely needed!

Our top priority is to continually promote safety for all our stakeholders, which includes the wellbeing of both our Customers and our Team. Our reopening steps will be methodical and steady. Measures we have taken to ensure the health of our team are as follows:

• The majority of our office staff are working remotely where possible and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Advances in modern technology make this extremely effective.
• Members of our distribution center team have adopted strict social distancing guidelines. To ensure acceptable separation, we are limiting the number of personnel physically allowed in our distribution facility to 35 to maximize distance between individuals.
• Complimentary PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) such as gloves and masks are provided to our Team who are instructed to wear while in our facility.
• We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting treatments and efforts more than tenfold with increased focus on high touch surfaces.
• We are strongly encouraging, and facilitating increased daily frequency of personal hygiene actions, including emphasis on hand washing and sanitizing where applicable.
• We’ve also designated “Cleaning Coaches” for every shift to ensure we are promoting and maintaining proper cleanliness standards.

Unfortunately we understand this worldwide crisis is particularly challenging for Amusement and Theme Park destinations, Family Entertainment Centers, and those who provide services in the Prize, Incentive, and Awards industries. We are here to continue to provide for you, and support you as we move collectively into this new normal!

Together, as part of the massive Global Attractions Industry, we will learn from this terrible crisis, and unlike any challenge we’ve faced before, we know that flexibility and a “can-do” mindset will enable the Industry we love to rebound quickly and as safely as possible. As our States, Cities, and own Communities begin their re-opening procedures, let it be a hopeful sign that we are taking the first steps on the road to overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic.
